Online Auto Company is an online-only shop operated by Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. We sell twelve car accessories across three practical groups: safety and emergency tools, interior accessories and exterior accessories.
The range includes jump starters, electric jack kits, tire inflators, OBD2 scanners, timing lights and roadside kits; car vacuums, cabin air purifiers, seat gap fillers and bins; and windshield covers and roof top carriers.
Clear information before you order
Each product page shows the price in euro, the images and specifications available from the source catalogue, and compatibility guidance where fit depends on the vehicle. We are online only and do not provide fitting or workshop services. If you are unsure whether a product suits your car, email us before ordering.
Delivery, returns and support
We deliver across Ireland. Standard delivery is free on orders of €100 or more and otherwise costs €25. Orders are handled within 24 to 48 hours, then normally arrive in 5 to 7 days. Express delivery is available at checkout.
Our published 15-day change-of-mind policy sits alongside statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are put right at no cost to you. Full delivery, returns and company details are linked below and published throughout the site.

Shipping is free across Ireland on orders of €100 or more. Below that it is a flat €25, shown in the cart before you pay.
How long will my order take?
Orders are handled and packed within 24 to 48 hours, and delivery then takes 5 to 7 days. Allow about a week from placing the order to it arriving.
Where do you ship?
Across Ireland, including Ang Mo Kio, Bedok, Tampines, Woodlands, Jurong East, Yishun, Sengkang, Punggol, Bukit Merah, Toa Payoh, Clementi, Bishan, Hougang, Pasir Ris and Bukit Panjang.
Is there a faster option?
Yes. Express shipping is offered at checkout for a flat €25, and it is the only option shown on orders under €100.
What currency are your prices in?
Ireland dollars (EUR).
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel ships, and you can follow it on the Track Your Parcel page.
What if something arrives faulty?
We put it right at no cost to you: a repair, a replacement or a refund, with return postage covered. Your rights under Irish consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022 are not affected.
Can I change my mind?
Yes, within 15 days of purchase under our own published policy, at your cost for the return.
Do you have a store I can visit?
No, we are online only. That is how the prices stay where they are.
